Sous Chef - we are seeking a suitability qualified and experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in our very busy kitchens. We need an energetic and passionate chef who would enjoy the challenge of working in a high volume kitchen. We are a 7 day a week venue, with very busy function facilities, the suitable applicant must be available for a 7 day roster.

Cook - Do you hold a Cert III in Commercial Cookery ? Like working in a busy and organised kitchen ? We might have the position that is right for you.

Front of House - We need to expand our team in Front of House. We are looking for fun and professionally presented people to join us. The right person will already have experience in this area and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patrons receive the absolute best customer service each and every visit.
